A Note from Karen…

People ask me why I breed Chihuahuas. Well, I never considered myself an “animal person,” least of all a canine admirer – but that was before I was given my first Chihuahua.

I immediately fell in love with this amazingly intelligent little five-pound dog that gave nothing but unconditional love.

Here I am, several years later with 12 acres of land, a brood of Chihuahuas and a bonafide lover and breeder of these amazing little creations. I have changed my entire life to breed and raise Chihuahuas, hoping to spread the love and joy that these babies give.

Our dogs live in a climate controlled home specially designed to meet their needs. They also have a spacious outdoor play area where they can play, romp and exercise.

Our puppies are hand-raised in cribs, just like human babies with soft blankets and toys. We socialize them from birth; we’re there when they are born and they become familiar with human sounds, smells and touch from the beginning.

We teach them to “do their business” on pads and every dog gets regular care from a veterinarian. Most important of all, our Chihuahuas get plenty of love and TLC from birth.

When you take one of our Chihuahuas home, we’re still there for you. If you have any questions or concerns, we’re just a phone call or e-mail away.

Lone Star Chihuahuas is located in Sealy, Texas, just 45 minutes west of Houston.
